I don't know how to fix this.  Why is my email showed to be failed?  What do
I need to do, to fix it?

You probably don't need to fix anything unless you're having some other sort
of problem that prompted you to run Network Diagnostics.  Almost everyone on
the Internet blocks "pings" to prevent Denial of Service attacks using ping
packets.  I know that Microsoft blocks pings,
and since I can't ping your mail host either (and I know my networking is
fine, thanks!) then you probably don't have anything to worry about there,
either.
