Can anyone help me on this?
Thanks,

Well, it means that the website you are trying to reach can't be
displayed! Either something is wrong on your computer or the website is
down. Since you haven't told us what website you're trying to reach or
anything about your computer, no one can help you more specifically.

Please review this link to see what details you need to include in your
next newsgroup post:

We all want to help you but you've got to give us something to work
with. Remember that we can't see your computer from here. ;-)

Sorry, I'm not good with words...
I have an IE6, since I have a new internet provider, I took out the old one
(dial up) and install this DSL.  This is the messages that kept coming up.
I thought I need to do something different with the LAN setting but I
haven't mess with it yet til I find someone who can help me to understand
exactly what's going on.

Did you go through the new ISP's DSL setup? If you think you set up the
new DSL modem correctly and are still not getting on the Internet,
contact the ISP's tech support.

Otherwise have a knowledgeable friend (someone who's really
knowledgeable and not just someone who says they are) or a local
professional come on-site and set you up properly.
