Hello

Here's a scenario for you:

I have a mobile phone (smartphone w/Windows Mobile) which has loads of
anytime minutes
I also have a broadband connection at home which has a high limit of
Gb/month transfer
At the end of the month, I end up losing heaps of unused credit on my
mobile phone contract
I have a requirement to access the web from my mobile

I would like to be able to dial-in to my home phone, and when the modem
answers, for it to redirect me through broadband so I can effectively
browse the web from my mobile using my broadband connection at home and
costing me nothing more than the spare minutes I have on my mobile
contract.

Any idease please?

Thanks.

Mike,

If your home computer is running XP Pro, you can set it up as a RAS server.  You
do that using the New Connection Wizard.  Here's one article with some
information.
