Problem connecting to other computers on networkOur previous router was damaged on Monday by a power surge. I have installed
a new router and wired 6 other computers to it. Since doing this my internet connection has been running very slowly while everyone else on the networks connection is quicker than it was with the previous router. I am also unable to access the other computers on the network but I am unable to do so. Can anyone offer any advice? Can you ping other computers by IP? Or post the result of ipconfig /all here.

machines were eating up too many IP addresses, In my router there is a page where you check to set up the network IP address range, if your the last person to boot up and all the IP addresses are gone, you get an ip not on the network causing slow or no connectivity, check your router, go to the working machines and start dos window and type in IPCONFIG /ALL and see what their ip address are, then do the same on your machine and see if the non working machies IP is way different than the others, if it is its your router.
