Hello everyone!

just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction of what to do.
When closing down an IE7 window I get the following error Message:
The instruction at "0x01c49962" referenced memory at "0x5902adf8". The
memory could not be "read". This program will now be terminated.
I thought it could just be a problem with how I downloaded it (it was an
update, but I forgot to turn off my norton firewall) so I uninstalled and
then reinstalled, but all that happenned was that the download just extracted
the previous files...hence the problem happenned again!
How do i find and delete the files that are stored in order to download it
properly and hopefully get rid of the error message.
Regards

You should post your question in the IE7 newsgroup *after* you spend
some time reading through the posts there. The IE7 newsgroup is:

microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

There are a huge number of posts so it would be smart to start by going
to Google Groups Advanced Search. Use a search term that describes your
problem, constrain the search to the IE7 newsgroup and the date to very
recently. You can also check MVP Sandi Hardmeier's canonical IE7 site.
Sandi has workarounds, known issues, troubleshooting, and links. This
may be the only site you need.

And no, I'm sorry but I don't have your answer or I would tell you
now. ;-)
