multiple networks working together

Hi,

The title may not be quite correct, but it's something like that.

I am helping a doctor friend of mine to setup a new network at his new
office building. I have done many small networks, and i would guess this one
isn't big by any stretch of the imagination, but it requires a few things
that I am not sure about. I have made a diagram and some info at the
following link which should make it easy for someone with the proper
knowledge to look at and make suggestions.

However Doctor's office need to comply with HIPAA standards, issues of
security, and confidentiality.
