I have Win XP Home. I have downloaded IE 7 several times and installed it . I
can not get IE7 to open. I have to go to the task manager to shut it down. I
have installed IE 7 on another computer that has WinXP Media Center and it
works fine. Does any one have a solution?

Will it start ie7 with no addons?

I had this problem at a computer once, it turns out ie7 wouldn't work
with some of ie6's addons.

It will not start when I open IE 7 with no add ons.
