I can access files on comps on my network but they can't access mi

I set up a home network and now I added a new computer to the network.  The
new laptop can see the other computer on the network and can access their
shared files, but the other computers although they can see my laptop they
can't access the shared folders on the new laptop.  I get a message from the
other two computers that state: (\\mycomputer is not accessible.  You might
not have permission to use this network resource.  Contact the administrator
of this server to find out if you have access permissions.  The network path
was not found.)  The other two computers can easily access files with
eachother.  I even have a pocket pc that can access files on both the other
pcs but can't on the new laptop.  How can I get the other pcs to access files
on the laptop.  File and Printer Sharing is enabled and I have setup a home
network several times on all computers thinking that might be a problem.
Please help!

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, or other security component. There are several
other possibilities too, and any might be the cause of your problem. Read this
article with an open mind.

And check for NetBT being consistently set on all computers.

For more direct help, provide "browstat status",  "ipconfig /all", "net config
server", and "net config workstation", from each computer, so we can diagnose
the problem.  Read this article, and linked articles, and follow instructions
precisely (download browstat!):

Thanks Chuck I fixed the problem
My McAfee Antivirus software had a firewall and was blocking the network
computers from accessing it.  I just told it to trust my local area network
and now everything works fine.

Thank you very much :-)
