I have XP professional connected to the company's network and it is blocking
MSN, Skyp, facebook, etc.
Is there a workaround if I have another network connection to a
firewall-free internet like HSDPA modem?
How would this 2 network be seperated so my LotusNotes still route via LAN
and my IE, MSN route via HSDPA modem?

This is something you should discuss with your company's network
administrator. Attempting to bypass the company's firewall is probably not a
good idea.

No problem, just bring your own laptop or smartrphone to work
(if your company allows this).
