File and Print Sharing problem

I have 10 computers connected to a switch.
All have static private IPs.
I can ping any computer from any computer.
9 of the computers can see all other computers under Network Places>Add New
Place. (good)
1 computer can only see itself. (bad)
The good computers can see the bad computer but can't see its shared folder.
The bad computer can only see itself and its shared folder.
File and Print sharing is enabled on all machines.
I've got 9 computers with 8 network shared folders up and running, but the
10th computer just will NOT connect or work right.
All the machines are fresh installs of Windows XP Pro, all from the same CD,
only change was the install code.

Do you receive any system error if you run net share command in the bad
computer?
