Choice between Internet connection

I'm asking this question particularly to those who resides in India. I want
to have Internet connection, but I just could not make my mind from where I
should take the connection. Which will be a better choice between BSNL, Tata
Indicom, Airtel Data card or cable connection? I want high speed as well as
reliability. Will any one help me?

If you don't get an answer here (because your question really has nothing to
do with the subject of this newsgroup - networking and Internet questions
as related directly to the Windows XP operating system), you might want to
post on one of the forums at www.dslreports.com. In spite of their name,
the site doesn't confine itself to DSL questions.
