Can't modify IP address and any TCP/IP parameter as administratorHi
I am using Windows XP Professional SP3. Suddendly I notinced that I cant change my IP address opening the network properties. It pops a message that says that I cant change anything because there is another network properties window open but it is not. To change my ip I have to boot windows in safe mode and then change it. To find which program is causing the problem, try using msconfig (Start->Run->"msconfig") to narrow down the causes. Not clear why you want to change your IP? The whole thing depends on what your Network consists of, and you did not provided any info about it. their network. So This problem is making me crazy, I cant enter to NEtwork properties.
