TCP/IP Problems - Access DeniedA client of mine is having problems accessing the internet. The workstation
is not able to get an IP address from the Linksys cable modem/router. When trying to renew its IP address using IPCONFIG /RENEW I get an error message stating: Local Area Connection: Unexpected network failure or insufficient access or access is denied. I have tried to use a new network card, no luck. Reinstalled OS, no luck. New cables, no luck. Even had the cable modem/router replaced. The wireless on the router works. There is an Apple Airport using the same router and it works fine. Any suggestions? Usualy this means that router is out of IP's, check DHCP IP pool
configuration. -- Show quoteHide quoteBest Regards, Simas Kvilius MCP ID# 3468055 "Noochie" <Nooc***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:19EE0FC2-092A-43CF-A615-A42B5C2775A3@microsoft.com... >A client of mine is having problems accessing the internet.
