I removed my laptop from my domain and changed its name. Now I keep getting
re-install popups for Office 2003. How can I fix the issue with Office 2003
attempting to re-install?

Where did you install Office from?  Map a drive (persistant), log off and
back on again.

I'm giving the laptop to someone else and don't want them to access the
network.I installed from the CD. Thanks.

Since you are giving the laptop away, the very best thing to do is to
restore it to factory condition. If the laptop came with any software,
you need to give that away with the laptop also.
