I would like to enable Offline files and folders on XP home. I do not see the
feature when I go to My Computer/tools.folder options. I am running SP2

I'm sorry, but XP Home doesn't have offline files.  That's only
available in XP Professional.

I recommend Second Copy for synchronizing files between computers:
