problems with XP pro to XP pro networkingI am running XP pro on a desktop connected to a wireless router via
ethernet cable, my laptop is connected to the same router wirelessly. Both computers are set to MSHOME and I have disconnected all firewalls except for microsoft windows firewall. I can see and access all shared documents from the desktop but the laptop can not see any of the shared documents on the desktop. Forte Agent v1.92 wrote:

In Windows Firewall, make sure that File & Printer Sharing is checked on the Exceptions tab. Share out desired resources. Here is a network troubleshooter by MVP Hans-Georg Michna. If you are still having problems after you try the above suggestions, take the time to go through Mr. Michna's troubleshooter.
