Can't log on to websiteFrom mikeb***@ctlav.co.uk
I can log on to the London Congestion Charge website from a network PC running W2000 but not from a laptop runnung XP Pro on the same network. The website displays but does not accept user name and password. I cannot even try to register as a new customer-keeps returning to the log-on screen?
