ethernet helphi, im having troubles with my ethernet controller in device manager, theres
a yellow exclamation mark beside it and when i open it, in device statuts it says The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver. ive tried reinstalling it and it says the hadware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software, ive tried uninstalling it, disabling the device usage and then enabling it,i cant roll bak because theres no devices, ive read trouble shoots and they didnt really help...need help please thx On 27-Jun-2006, =?Utf-8?B?Y2Ft?= <c**@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote:

Download and run it. Hopefully it will identify ethernet controller. Post result here, or use Google to find drivers, there are sites like Driverpile, that cover most common drivers. I'm surprised that XP doesn't identify and install it's own version of the driver.
