where is the icon in the control panel for bluetooth?

ok... well, I have a bluetooth laptop, with windows xp, but I can't configure
my handheld with it, cuz there is no option for it... where is it... can u
help?

your 'handheld' what?  phone?  pda?  maybe your handheld device is not
BT capable?  my dell laptop has built-in BT but there is no icon in
the XP control panel for it. BT pairing is handled (in my case anyway)
via a separate BT app which was installed on the laptop.
