Wireless Connection - mo Internet

I have a wireless connection from my son's computer to our host. His is a
Linksys adapter and host has DLINK Router/Cable Modem. Has been working for a
year, but
when I had to reload our hard drive due to disk failure, I cannot get it to
connect to the internet. The wireless network shows "Connected", but "No
Internet Found".
The host does connect, but not the client. Any help is appreciated.

First thing I would do is turn the Dlink router/cable modem off for 30
seconds and then back on again, wait another 30 seconds and then attempt to
connect. It is entirely possible that something is screwing it up and that
simple action resets it to working.
