Wireless Connection Unavailable

I am getting this message for my wireless internet.  I right-click on the
icon (which oddly does NOT have a red X on it) on the bottom right and "View
Available Wireless Networks."  After I choose an available network to connect
to a new bubble pops up which says "one or more wireless networks are
available."  I have no idea how to connect.  I keep trying different networks
and nothing seems to be working.  Hopefully someone can help please!  Thanks.

netstumbler (on the dvd issue disks of some UK PC mags or Google for
netstumbler) will show available networks, the channel they are on,
SSID, whether they are encrypted and more.
As it's your wireless network it could be a firewall (disable it temporalily
for a test) or config problem (are you using Zero Config)?

Jack (MVP-Networking).
Hi

May be I am missing something.

Do you have your own Internet connection and a Wireless source (I.e. your
own Wireless Router, or Access Point)?

From your description it looks like you are trying to connect to some one
else Internet source.
