I have a Toshiba Tecra 8200 laptop with wireless connection.
I have just purchased a Netgear wireless router to use with my Ntl cable
modem so my son can use his computer upstairs off this it was supplied with
usb wireless adapter for his usb port.
Can my laptop being wireless asking internet etc via netgear wireless router
or do I have to still use ethernet cable via ntl modem box,if I can how do I
do this.
Any help much appreciated.

Being able to use your computers wirelessly is the point of having a
wireless router so of course you will be able to use your Toshiba
