First realized the Belkin F5D7010 is a CardBus card and as such your laptop
must have a CardBus PCMCIA slot in order for that to work. Does yours? Check
the Users Manual for your laptop for help with that...

Secondly make sure you install the driver as an administrator. I have the
same card and installed the V3 driver on my XP Pro SP2 Compaq Evo N610C
laptop...

Note that Belkin advises that you use XP Wireless Zero Configuration (WZC)
versus the Belkin card manager to manage the card...

Beyond that my card is using IRQ 11...

Good luck...

If you want to see what IRQ's are in use or you have conflicts
highlite mycomputer.click on properties, hardware, device manager
see if you have any conflicts , then look under view to see list of IRQ,s.
