WPA is an encrytion method.  The router software and the computer software
will not connect until they are using the same key.

To get that thing, get on the router through an ethernet port.  The router
software will display the key when you get to the correct spot in the router
control panel.

Then you enter the key in the correct spot in the wireless network setup
wizard (on the computer).   It can be difficult to get the key entered
correctly (it took me three times even though the key was in plain sight
while I was entering it).

The router will not connect to your laptop until this key is correct.

Hi
Your Wireless Router's wireless setting, and the laptop wireless setting
must match in order to work together.
You need to log to the Wireless Router through a wire connect computer,
check the settings, and set the laptop accordingly.
The content of the following links + the manual of your specific hardware
might help you to resolve the issue.
