Where does XP Pro user obtain NETMON ?

I thought that NetMon used to be an optional "Windows Component" in XP
Setup, but now can't find it there, and it's not listed among the Support
Tools on the CD, and it's not listed in the Windows 2003 Resource Kit Tools
download.

Where can an XP Pro user obtain it? Thanks,

-Doug

There is a beta of Netmon v.3 on connect.microsoft.com.
It works on XP.
