Hello,

I'm looking for a tool that will allow me to easily switch wireless
networking on and off, preferably through an icon in the task bar. I
have a MacBook that I often use under Windows, and MacBooks have no
hardware wireless switch.
Thanks in advance,

Uli

What's your objective?
If it's to save power, you need some hardware support.

If you just want to disable the connection, I use the
"stop all internet activity" option in ZoneAlarm.  Two clicks.
And the connection stays up so I don't have to reinitialize
anything to turn it back on.

Hi!

You can use Microsoft's Devcon.exe, together with a script.
