2 NIC's One Laptop

I have a networking dilema.. I have an XP box with one NIC which is connected
to a hub and hub connected to the adsl-modem-router-wireless AP.

i have 3 more laptops that have wireless adapters and so on.

My laptop (one of the 3 laptops) has a built-in intel/pro 2100 3A wireless
adapter and also a Broadcom 570x Gigabit Ethernet Adapter. Back to the days
where there were no wireless adapters i had the network wired and the xp box
shared the connection to the internet, but not anymore..the router does that
and i don't need wires.

My laptop also has (from an old comp that had no wireless adapter) a Belkin
Wireless G Adapter (F5D7010) capable of running 11b/11a/ and 11g networks
(router is 11a, b and g capable).

What i want to know, ask, get some info is on how or what can i do to bind
the wireless adaptors? (i don't have 2 networks)
The wired network is far more faster than the wireless, how can i setup (is
there any ways of doing it) the laptop to use the wired adapter to connect to
internet only and the wireless for lan-only transfers or viceversa.

Please help...i know, too many questions...i'm lost here, feel/am like a noob

Hi
Two adaptors can not work at the same time connected to the same Network.
If the wired is hooked to begin with, what is the point of using the
Wireless.
If you want to use it one at the time, and configure a preference, this
might help.
