How do I obtain my Wep Key so when someone comes over to my house and want's
to go online with there laptop,  I can give them the key I'm running XP pro.

Hi
I assume that you have a Wireless/DSL or Access Point.
Log to the devices many system and look for the security setting. In the
security setting you would fine an entry with the HEX string of the security
(I can not be more specific since each Device as its menu system look at the
manual).
Copy the Hex string and save it to a text file. This String can be pasted to
other computer wireless security setting.

If you use Wireless Connect Now/Wireless Auto Connect you can save off your
wireless network information on a flash drive. Then your guests can simply
plug-in the flash drive and automatically configure their client to your
network. I do that with my home wireless LAN and it works very well...
