I use WIN XP Home with SP2. Allways if I disconnect an user the WLAN profile
is lost. I've to type it in again to get access to the secured wireless LAN.

Change the list of preferred wireless networks on your adapter. Go to
"View wireless networks" -> Change advanced options and find the SSID
for your network, move it ALL THE WAY up. To the top. You should have
no problem after that.
