Hi,

I am looking to upload files to my host which is with Pipex.
I am using the Netgear DG834PN which is working perfectly on HTTP but
doesn't allow FTP. I am using Dreamweaver 8 as my primary ftp program
but have tried others and none of them work. I think this may be a
setting in the router itself which I have configured wrong or not all
all. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Most likely it's a firewall setting somewhere, check to see if you are
blocking port 21 in your firewall/firewalls or router. Do you have FTP set
to passive within Internet Explorer? This page may help;
http://slacksite.com/other/ftp.html and
