<sigh> How about some punctuation and capitalisation to make your question
intelligible?

Perhaps it is turned off. Look on your laptop for a small switch, button, or
read the manual to see if toggling the wireless on/off is done with FN and
some key.

I had a problem similar to this.  I have a D-Link adaptor and wanted to set
up a home network with the wireless laptop I had just gotten. I tried
everything and it should have been so simple because the setup process should
have found the connection available by itself.  I ended up calling customer
support.  Each time I called, they 'were reguired' to walk me through the
WHOLE process of "do you have this connected and that connected and try this
and that" bla bla bla....hours of frustration! I had just swithced providers
and they would always end with it being something with the provider and I
should contact them.  I went round and round with them and the ISP for
several days and finally spoke with an 'advanced' D-Link technical support
person (when one support tech has exhausted all posibilities and can't solve
it they send you on to someone more knowledable apparently)  In the end, all
I had to do was download the latest stinkin' upgrade that was available!
Once I had that the adaptor did all the rest.
Don't know if it will help but maybe you just need to download the latest
upgrade.
