USING A WIRED NETWORK ON A WIRELESS ROUTERI am using a wireless router.
The security software on a map of the Network, states it is a Wired Network. Do I have the same security as a Network on a wired router? Hi
The Wireless need security because it is traveling through the Air and cam be intercept by others. The Wire has No security. However you do not want other people to Leech to your connection through your Wireless. If the Router has an Entry to Switch Off the Wireless, switch it Off. Otherwise do set the Wireless security so that others can not log On.
