If not, just enter a > new password and click "Save settings." > reset button on the back of the router that if held in for 10 seconds or so will reset the router back to factory defaults. Meaning there is no custom changes, no passwords, no wireless setup etc. Nothing. The wired connections will work, and you use that to connect as Lem said above to setup the wireless with a new key phrase. Then set that key phrase in the laptop. Remember, the reset removes all custom settings in the router and should be used only as a last recourse. Cavy Mama wrote:
