none connectivityconnected to a Linksys WAG54G V3.0 device without any luck. Several XP Home Edition Notebooks have worked successfully accessing the Internet etc for many months in this setup, the Notebook identifies the WiFi device and correct SSID, but will not connect. When I look at the properties of the WiFi connection in Manage Connections a message says " this is a hidden network or you have incorrect settings for this connection " this I don't understand. Here is the setup details in the WAG54G SSID - set to Broadcast Security - WPA-PSK with a password length of 11 characters Channel - 11 Access - allow all Linksys tell me that the WAG54G is compatible with Vista. So any help from knowledgeable folks would be appreciated rgds Roberto Hi

hack, yes I always setup Wi-Fi connections with no security set initially just in case there are problems such as this. But I have never seen the "hidden network" msg before, so I am wondering if this is a Vista thing and some setting[s] are amiss somewhere ?. What are your thoughts.
