2 ip's on a wireless cardI have a laptop with a wireless card, I want to set it up such that when I
use it at home and work I can have different IP's when i connect to home and work. I have been told that hardware profiles can do that however when i setup the hardware profiles, one for home, one for work. the wireless card still holds ONE IP address regardless of which profile i choose. Am I > missing anything out? network you connect to you will automatically get an IP Address (if the network has a DHCP server such as your router at home or DHCP server at work). |
