I have a local network in the 192.168.1.x address block.  When I encrypted
the communication between my 192.168.1.1 firewall/router to my 192.168.1.111
wireless device, the wireless devices can no longer see other local network
devices, although they continues to see the router and the world beyond just
fine.  Likewise, the other devices can no longer see the wireless devices.
Wireless devices can not see other wireless devices either.  This includes
pinging the assigned IP address (which does not change from encrypted to
nonencrypted)

Would this be a windows xp issue (all systems are XP pro SP2) or a router
issue?
If windows, how do I correct it?

What I really want is to be able to secure the wireless communication and
still have the devices be a part of the network.

Thanks!
